About Spencer
Spencer Gareiss co-founded Delta Brokers, the business brokerage of Greenridge Group, with fellow Army veteran Amy Herrera. He served ten years in the U.S. Army, rising to Captain and earning the Army Commendation Medal, before moving into business.
He has been a principal on both sides of the table, buying and selling companies across fintech and consumer, and now leads Delta's sell-side mandates. He holds an MBA, passed CFA Levels I and II, and passed the Series 7, 24, 79, 65 and 3 exams. He brings that discipline to every engagement: a defensible valuation, a curated pool of qualified buyers, and a deal structured to clear a buyer's diligence and the lender's underwriting.
Spencer is based in McAllen and works with owners and buyers across the Rio Grande Valley, the Coastal Bend and Texas, in English and Spanish.
