Our method

Verified SDE at market multiples. Seller's discretionary earnings (SDE) is what the business really produces for one owner-operator: net profit plus your salary, plus personal and one-time expenses run through the business. We verify it against your records, then apply the multiples comparable businesses are selling for in today's market. No rules of thumb, and no number before we have seen your financials.

Is the valuation really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. We offer it because many Valley owners have never had a straight answer on what their business is worth, and the right time to know is before you need to.
What do I need to send?
Your last three years of financials: profit and loss statements or business tax returns. If you have a current year to date, that helps too. No audit, no special preparation.
How do you value the business?
We verify your seller's discretionary earnings (SDE) against your records, then apply the multiples comparable businesses are selling for in today's market. It is the way buyers and lenders look at an owner-operated business. We deliver the result in person and walk you through it.
Will anyone find out I asked?
No. Your name, your numbers, and the fact that you reached out stay with us. We do not contact buyers, employees, customers, or anyone else about your business.
Do I have to sell or list my business?
No. A valuation does not commit you to selling, to listing, or to working with us. Many owners simply want to know where they stand for retirement, family, or estate planning.
